We bought this low profile toilet because we wanted to locate a heated tower rack above it. It works great and looks fantastic! It has a number of cool features: (1) soft drop toilet seat, which lowers slowly without slamming down in a big bang; (2) It has two buttons on the top of the tank for flushing, both work great; (3) the low water flush works as expected. The only one drawback is the complicated installation, according to my plumber. It has a special mount (included) that bolts to the floor into the return sewage pipe that requires extra time to install, and a few choice words along the way :-) . This in turn incurs some additional cost. All things considered, well worth the price and effort. FYI, we paid $375 for the toilet. The installation was part of a full bathroom/laundry room reno, so I can't give much info on the install cost. I would guess about $200 if done as standalone. ... show more
