I work in the outdoor industries as a safety kayaker in Colorado. I’ve been living in this tent for about three months from May-august. It’s seen heavy rain, light snow and heavy winds and has held up beautifully. It stays dry and is easy to heat up with a small propane heater. I haven’t used a wood stove in it. I’m able to have a small dresser and twin size bed plus a hamper and still stand up and move around at 5’10”. Also it makes a pretty satisfying drum noise when set up taught. ... show more

I have had this tent set up in Maine for two months and counting. We have had tons of rain and some windy days. The tent has been completely dry. I did not tie a couple of the tie-downs correctly; two came loose, but the tent still held up due to all the other tie-down points being secure. I have had to adjust the guide ropes here and there which is to be expected. Still amazed at how it has kept the rain out and has held up to the wind. ... show more

Overall great product and very very easy to set up! Quality materials were used to make it. We order the smallest one/ 2 people. I thought the height would have been taller but maybe it's 6' at the point. I would have definitely paid more for the larger size.

Not enough room for a couple to sleep together in the same bed. A pole is in the middle of the tent floor. It would be good if you were sleeping four individually.

Love it! I've tested this tent for almost a month in my back yard and it's been great! We had 40 degree to 80 degree weather with some days of high wind, rain, and some sunny and calm. My thoughts so far; it does well in the rain (no leaks), it can handle the wind, and if you open the ventilation in a hot day it's ok, but it is definitely hotter inside than outside. The tent is meant for cold weather though, and it did well in 40 degrees. I used a space heater and it was able to keep the tent at 65 degrees all night without any issues. I also purchased and used a tent stove, which is a bit harder to regulate so it made the tent too hot, but it worked great too! Easy to setup and take down. Did it all by myself and it takes 2-3 hours to put it up and depending on how you setup the inside 1-5 hours to bring it down (I had a tent stove, cot, table, etc. and it took 5). I'm heading to Fairbanks Alaska soon so I'll let you all know how it fairs in some of the coldest temps on the planet! ;) That said, I think it will do pretty well! ... show more

I've used this tent on three separate occasions this season. Great tent for overlanding. Easy to set up and well thought out. I can set it up in under a half hour by myself. The zippers are good. It is triple stitched where needed and double stitched every where else. We've been using this tent with a wood stove and would definitely recommend a hot mat (heat resistant) under the stove as the floor is not heat resistant. It is well made, roomy and comfortable. It hasn't rained on us yet so I can't speak for the water resistance. Perfect tent for car camping or overlanding. ... show more

So we go camping a lot in the mountains of Colorado, this tent has been an absolute beast, we've used it in all four seasons and it does great (if you have a wood stove for the winter). My only complaint is there are two of us and in the winter it's really hard to get this thing warm, if we go with a bigger group and have more stuff in the tent it isn't as bad though. We didn't fully appreciate how big this thing is. I think we have the 16' or 20' I can't remember exactly, either way this thing is huge and heavy. If you're over landing or car camping like we usually do, it's fantastic, one of my friends wanted to take it hunting and hike it in and I told him sure if he could carry it, as soon as he picked up the carrying bag he said no thanks. So just be sure what size and color you want, we got green and it is super dark inside, even during the day. Overall a fantastic option, especially if you have a family or group of people going camping and are fine with sharing one big tent. ... show more
