This revue is due to white duck service more than anything. I purchased the 16' regatta bell tent, it was well packaged the tent and all hardware looked of good quality, exactly what I ordered. Upon inspection the foot on the door poll was broken I reached out to White duck, and like some reviewers have said, I had a hard time getting through. The card that comes with Item for contact appears to be worthless, so I went to White Duck site and sent an email there, the first immediate response was sorry you had trouble your replacement part is in the mail. I received the part in four business days, not just the one I needed but four. Bottom line don't give up try different avenues. Since the mask and free bee erra most of us in business struggle, the response made up for inconvenience. Have not yet had the opportunity to use the tent if I find problems I will update accordingly. Though I don't for see troubles as it looks and feels ready to work and work well. ... show more

I have not had in the wild yet, but very easy to set up. Old school good. Quality zippers and straps that are easy to work with yet tough. Got the 16.5 and it took maybe 30 mins first time to set up. Seems like in cool weather it would be a great little experience with a stove and all. Have plans for MI u.p. (Last tow pics hog island state park MI. Things have been great. Took on a storming night…and some great weather too. Adding some heat along with a lot of space has made it a wonderful time!!) Thanks. ... show more

This is one of the easiest tents to raise I’ve ever owned. I’ve been camping for over 40 years from when I was a kid to last weekend and this was by far my easiest tent. We had issues with heating it so I’d suggest finding a large enough stove or other means but the tent itself was great. Fit all of our gear and enough room for the family (4) + the dog. The mallet that came with it was a bit disappointing but since I was a kid I was taught to be prepared so I had a hammer which I’m glad. Overall this is going to be a great family experience for years to come and hopefully it can truly be a generational tent that I can enjoy with my grandkids one day. ... show more

I have had this tent set up in Maine for two months and counting. We have had tons of rain and some windy days. The tent has been completely dry. I did not tie a couple of the tie-downs correctly; two came loose, but the tent still held up due to all the other tie-down points being secure. I have had to adjust the guide ropes here and there which is to be expected. Still amazed at how it has kept the rain out and has held up to the wind. ... show more

The product seemed okay at first I bought it march 8th to use in a camping trip here in april. Firstly the tag next to the fire opening drips in the rain as water seeps into the fiberglass and dampens the tag until it drips inside the tent in heavy rains. We had late snow fall which meant some heavy snow, the canvas ripped when tigtening the lines. This tent has some issues though it seems nice at first ... show more

    • Be sure of the size you want/need
So we go camping a lot in the mountains of Colorado, this tent has been an absolute beast, we've used it in all four seasons and it does great (if you have a wood stove for the winter). My only complaint is there are two of us and in the winter it's really hard to get this thing warm, if we go with a bigger group and have more stuff in the tent it isn't as bad though. We didn't fully appreciate how big this thing is. I think we have the 16' or 20' I can't remember exactly, either way this thing is huge and heavy. If you're over landing or car camping like we usually do, it's fantastic, one of my friends wanted to take it hunting and hike it in and I told him sure if he could carry it, as soon as he picked up the carrying bag he said no thanks. So just be sure what size and color you want, we got green and it is super dark inside, even during the day. Overall a fantastic option, especially if you have a family or group of people going camping and are fine with sharing one big tent. ... show more

Ok, Cons First It weighs about 90 lbs - It is the largest size and I have a dolly if needed. A little warm due to only three ventilation windows and I choose Green color. White better if only mild weather or desert. I wanted a good mountain camouflage color. Now Pros Huge inside Well made - zippers, seams, and canvas is top quality. One person can put up in about 30 minutes. Most of the time is putting in stakes as there are many (24). Keep in mind, I have not yet used it for camping, just put up to test and season.
