Loving this so far, it comes with everything needed and extra gel. The cord plugs straight into my phone so I can mess around while waiting for it to finish. My teeth are kind of sensitive and I haven't noticed this making the cold sensitivity any worse yet. I do it once a week personally. I could see the difference after the second use! Great to have this for regular maintenance, I'm not giving up my coffee and teas lol. The flavor is different, yummy and fresh. It's not so strong that it hurts or burns, it does feel warm when the device is on and working. It does leave your teeth feeling a little stick after but I experience that with all gels. I will be getting this again, so so worth it. The hype is realllll! Comes with instructions. All you need is to be consistent, you have to keep up with it or your teeth won't keep the white look.
