Quality was good, and love that they include and 8x10 photo of the puzzle. I know sometimes people complain that they are missing pieces of jigsaw puzzles, but this one gave me two extra pieces! was worried when I found the extra pieces that I would be missing other pieces, but that was not the case. It’s more challenging than you would think and some of the pieces seem to fit into the wrong places so that’s a little irritating but it’s got a good large picture in the box to follow and image is clear. All in all a fun puzzle.

White Mountain was extremely courteous on our issue. We had a puzzle missing 1 piece. They said as rare as this was, it does happen. Since we had completed the puzzle except for that piece, they had us select another puzzle and sent it to us for no cost including shipping no hesitation whatsoever.
