So I did it without the cardboard under it and I was not that happy and then I did it again with the cardboard under it and it turned out much better. They are smaller than the 8x10s. The second one I did 400 at 60 seconds and the first one I did at like 345 for 75 seconds. I really think it was the cardboard versus the temperature

This is my second time buying this! They are good sublimate puzzles with nice quality. I heat them for 400F - 60 seconds in my HTVRONT Auto Heat Press and they came perfect.

385 degrees for 45 seconds is perfect. There is no film on top of the puzzle, just put it into your machine with the cardboard backing below and sublimation paper on top. The image turned out fantastic! Super clear details! I love that each puzzle is individually wrapped and has its own cardboard backing. I had no issues with the puzzles coming apart while handling them. They're very thick and sturdy. I used tape on the first one which I wouldn't do again because the glossy top layer of the puzzle can peel off if not careful when applying tape to it. Please note, the long-ways of the puzzle is bigger than an 8.5x11 sublimation paper so my puzzles had an unprinted edge (which I didn't mind), but you'll want to design your images so that this edge isn't noticeable if using letter-size sublimation paper.

These have a bit of moisture in them, so the black was bleeding into the other colors, stuck the puzzle into the press with it open and let it sit for around a minute, let it cool down then sublimated it, 385F for 45 seconds and got a good looking puzzle. Any humidity the paper part soaks it up. Also, no teflon sheet only paper with these.
