Fairly easy to install considering limited instructions. Only comes with one option for anchoring. Also came with no hardware to install toilet seat. The hardware was actually there. Just different than any I’ve seen before.

Was missing bolts for soft close seat and spacers for toilet bowl tank. Tank is lose and moves when in use. Called for replacement missing parts. I was told I would have to return the whole toilet and get sent another one. I had already installed the toilet. So now I have to go out and buy a seat and try to find rubber or plastic spacers for toilet tank. Not a happy customer! I’ll be out extra money.

The supplier contacted me, I wasn't aware of the 2 year warranty period. They sent me a new pump and (knock on wood), the new one is working fine. Hopefully this one will last. We replaced our basement upflush toilet (after 18 years of it working properly) with this model. We installed this toilet the end of February and it has already stopped working. Had a plumber look at it last week and he said it needed to be replaced!! What the heck???

I’ve had issues with the grinder pump. Installed it in my guest 1/2 bath. It’s been used maybe - or 3 times at the most. I went to clean the bathroom on anticipation of guest coming to visit and the motor had seized up on the pump. I took it apart and got it to working again and it only worked for one flush and seized up again. I’m not sure what to do now since I haven’t used it enough to be inside the return policy. Current- The manufacturer of this toilet sent a new pump at no charge and it has been installed and is working properly. I have updated the review accordingly. Thank you for your attention and assistance!!
