I am absolutely impressed with the White Flag Poles from this company. Not only is it a beautiful addition to my porch, yard, and even my truck, but it also stands strong against all kinds of weather conditions. The material used for the pole is 304 premium stainless steel, making it highly durable and long-lasting. And despite its sturdy construction, it is surprisingly lightweight and easy to handle. I personally used this flag pole for a peaceful demonstration, carrying my Ukrainian flag with pride. And on other occasions, I proudly display it at my house. It truly adds a touch of elegance to any setting. The only negative part is, it needs some kind of rubber cap at the bottom, as when the pole is stood in upright position - the metal could scratch against the ground. When I first received the pole one of the flag clips broke right away, as I was trying to hook my flag on. It must have been just a fluke. I contacted the company right away and they sent a replacement clip. Actually sent two clips. I replaced the broken one and the flag holder has been great since. The other clips are all really good I think that particular one just had a weak spot in it. Company was really easy to deal with and they sent clips out immediately. I didn't have to wait very long for a replacement. What I like about this pole is that the clips that hold the flag in place spin so that the flag does not become entangled on the pole like sometimes can happen. I'm very pleased with this product.

The media could not be loaded. I bought one about a year ago, and it is easy to install, holds up well in the wind, but.... after about 6 months the swivels which prevent the flag from wrapping around the pole are plastic. The plastic eventually wears and breaks apart. in order to get new swivel brackets, I bought another pole. Same results, within 6 months the brackets are showing obvious wear due to being plastic, and will eventually snap apart again. Guess I will hunt down some metal swivel mounts.

It sounded good in the listing. It looked good in the box. No instructions-more on that later. Easy to assemble and install, however after walking into the house and looking back to the flag I could see it was already tangled at the outer end. I repositioned the pole from just a bit above horizontal to horizontal, and that lasted a couple of hours before the outer end of the flag was again tangled. Just a couple of things I'm considering: since there were no instructions in the box, I can't help but wonder if a few drops of oil in the groove of the ring would allow it to rotate freely around the pole. Also in most of the photos the metal ring that's attached to the flag has the smaller end of the loop attached to the ring on the pole and the larger end of that ring inside the flag. In one photo it shows just the opposite. I'll try it that way tomorrow and see if it makes a difference, although I'd be surprised.
