As the title says, it's not what I thought. The pictures don't show you how small it actually is. It was a pain to set up, it seems kinda flimsy, and it is still wobbly when set up correctly. Don't buy this if you're looking for a longer arm.

It’s definitely worth the money it cost I believe it was like 26$ or something it does what you need it to do as intended and is more durable than i expected I bought it to use until I could afford a better one but I won’t need to upgrade as soon as I thought

Although it’s generally my fault for not looking at the product in more depth I still fault the seller. Some background as to why I bought it. I’m a coder and I wear headphones connected to my quad-cast and one day while developing software I kept noticing I was moving the wires a lot which is a small inconvenience but while developing is a pain in the ***. So in my frustration I went on Amazon and bought the first book arm I saw. I came across this one not even looking at reviews and bought it. Simply because of the picture it had advertised. One for a hyperx quadcast. Upon receiving I did notice there was no instructions, it was pretty straight forward on how to step up. However, there was no way to set up the mic. There were no pieces that allowed me to hang the mic up on the boom arm. Huge marketing exploit this seller is doing. No doubt it fits some mics but not hyperx mics like the pictures claim.

I’ve had this arm for a year. There’s still hasn’t been any metal creaking or sounds. It has it lost its strength to hold my mic up. I move it and turn it very often, and it still has not lost its quality from when I first got it. I recommend this or mic to everybody that asks which one they should buy. Are use my hyper X quad cast S with this arm. It’s not the lightest mic so I’m very pleased with how long it’s been doing well for. It’s very easy to use as well and to install. This could fit on a really thick desktop.
