Long overdue review. We installed this back in 2020 for a 45” TV and then recently put a 50” TV on it. It works really well, and has held up over the years even in a heatwave when the Tv broke but this didn’t. We got the swivel attachment and love that we can pull out and turn the TV and that there is a safety mechanism on it to prevent the machine moving if the swivel is not in its correct location. I’ve recommended it to several friends and family!

stashing the TV behind the sofa has given me a second sitting area in my lounge and opened up the sense of space greatly. No problems running on Oz 240 v mains supply I would have preferred a simple graphic to help me work out the optimum VESA mounting level Much easier to install with a second pair of hands I suspect.....largely because large OLED flat screens are awkward to handle ? Durability....looks very solidly made -time will tell if the cables will wear well Value...well not even worth considering trying to buy the same sort of thing in Oz -thousands of dollars cheaper even after freight and insurance charges from the US have been paid John B Adelaide

I installed this unit in a cabinet for a customer and it works real nice. The vertical travel was a bit more that other units and was needed for this installation. I had a bit of trouble with getting the unit to work and the support was the best. Quickly answered my emails, called me back and got the problem resolved rapidly. A quality product with great customer support.

Love the idea of tv lift for our RV. However, hubby installed and tested many times and was ok working. After installing behind cabinet it sometimes goes up but won’t go down with remote. Troubleshooting instructions are not helpful. Wish there was live tech one can talk to for advise on fixing.

Very good product. Quiet operation, seems durable and reliable. Easy to connect and mount. I need a mount with the lowest possible profile. This fits the bill perfectly as this lift is only about an inch higher than my TV. Some reviewers expressed mounting issues. My Samsung TV has 200 x 200 bolt pattern that matched right up to this lift. Literally took 3 minutes to mount. I had questions about my particular application and Wood Technologies was quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. I don’t write reviews often. This product (and especially the service behind it) definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Highly recommend.
