- 10/10 - Easy to handle - Stones stay perfectly intact - Great Instructions - Really great sharpener that smoothly sharpens your knives. Although it may take a few tries and a few errors to correctly use the stone slab, it is quick, easy to learn, and super efficient. Stones would probably last a few years and the hand-held sharpener with rubber grip acts superb.

It's pretty intuitive to use, although I did watch a video before my first use. I sharpened all our knifes and tested the 8" chef's knife on paper and was happy with the effortless slices it made. Similar whetstones on the site, were more expensive so if you just need a basic whetstone, I'd highly recommend this affordable, effective, and intuitive product from Sharp Pebble.
