I'm very picky, I have fibromyalgia, so all over pain. This mattress topper is the best I've ever had!!!! Because of the bamboo, it doesn't get hot. The shredded memory foam is soft and firm at the same time, so it craddles, but you don't sink in. It's A true 5 inches thick if you lets it expand and keep shaking it out before you put it on the bed. Cool, thick comfort!!!! Better than the toppers I've paid over $200 for!!!!! Getting them for all the beds in the house!!!

Deff fluffy..extra cushion to it. Not like most brands. This is heavy also. So you need to lay it out and keep bluffing before you it... just keep shaking it to loosen up the contents

I gave this topper a lot of time before I did a review. It just steadily got worse from day one. It’s lumpy, very lumpy no matter what. It slides off my bed even with using the straps that are supposed to keep it secure. I was very excited for this and it’s hands down the worst topper I’ve ever purchased. It did make me finally just go and purchase a whole new bed I was so disappointed I didn’t even want to attempt another topper after this experience. I think my bed was better off without this topper it was so lumpy and uncomfortable. Save the money and do not order this one!

Received the 1st mattress pad. The pad wreaked. Appears from the stain that it was dragged from the factory floor. Had to dispose of it immediately. Had a hard time explaining tissue at hand. Amazon finally sent a replacement. It was ok but turned out to be somewhat flat. Not really satisfied. Quality wise is somewhat suspect. It was soft and pliable but there was still some odor. The elastic band to secure the pad was small so it did not fit. Value for the money was somewhat expensive. Disappointment was my experience.

It is comfortable, but also can't notice a difference in my sleep. The straps are not durable and not very good. First use a strap ripped. But I do have a thick mattress. I also don't notice the lining of the pad, it does feel it fits my groves though and looks nice and durable, other than the straps. U can feel the bumps from the memory foam but it's not very noticeable unless you use your hands. I also think I sink in a little more than I did on my mattress, which I don't mind. But definitely thought it said it prevents that, but I guess not. Could just be cause it's lined it feels that way. But my husband likes it and he's so picky so it must be good.

I would definitely recommend it. Very thick and soft. I have some back issues caused by a too firm mattress and adding this pad alleviated those and saved me from having to buy another mattress.
