As my body ages, its needs change. I've been sleeping on a thin, firm mattress for the past 2 - 3 years, and it just got uncomfortable. My body weight is very low these days, so without ample 'padding,' I was not able to maintain any sleeping position for more than a short time. This item must be allowed to breathe once you unwrap it. I did a little punching on the squared/quilted sections over the course of a couple of days, just to better distribute and fluff the memory foam contents, before I even put it on my bed. The good news is, I'm sleeping much better! It's enough cushioning for my skinny frame, and I have noticed NO odor, NO lumpiness, and NO problems with this topper. I gave myself considerable time to make this decision, and it paid off. This topper is much easier to handle and lift than solid memory foam. I keep an electric blanket (bed warmer), moisture protector cover and fitted sheet atop this thing, and it all gives me the FEEL I want and need while sleeping. Great buy for the money, in my opinion!

After being placed on my king-size mattress, the topper remained firmly in place thanks to the anti-slip bottom and the four anchor elastic bands. It is no longer necessary to make modifications at midnight or to wake up to a jumbled mess. Due to the fact that I have had difficulty with this particular aspect of the design in the past with other toppers, I am grateful for this considerate attribute. When I first lay down on this topper, I immediately noticed a change in the way I felt. Providing the ideal combination of support and softness, the shredded memory foam filling is the right solution. Resting on this mattress is like resting on a cloud, yet it truly provides support for your body. There has been a noticeable decrease in the number of pressure points, particularly in the areas around my hips and shoulders. This has been a tremendous help for someone like myself who sleeps on their back while also sleeping on their side. Those individuals who want a medium-firm sleep surface will find that this mattress is fluffy without being too soft, which achieves a nice balance, in my opinion.

I've been using this topper for 2 months. When I first put it on my bed, it felt a little odd because the space in between the "pillows" seems to be too much. I figured it was just different and I'd get used to it. No worry. The "pillows" didn't last long enough to have to get used to it. It's difficult to see from my picture, but my memory foam topper definitely remembers where I sleep. Permanently. The area on which I sleep is now concave and doesn't puff back up. I weigh 140 lbs., certainly not enough to cause it to depress like this. If you like feeling like you're in a cocoon, then this is the topper for you. If you want something that actually works, look elsewhere.

I thought this product would work as advertised since I followed “all the rules”. That didn’t happen. It felt like sleeping on clouds the first night… then the second night none of the stuffing expanded while I was out of bed and it was like sleeping in a bowl of socks. I tried fluffing it, taking all the sheets off, shaking it, literally everything and it is like a lumpy diaper. I had to remove it and go back to my incredibly hard mattress (what I was trying to avoid) because even hard is better then lumpy hard

Previously I purchased a memory foam bed in a box. It was unfortunately more firm than expected. After a couple purchases of different mattress toppers, I found this one. Initially I didn’t care for the lumps of each pillow that made this topper. After a couple nights use, I’ve come to like it. It added just the right amount of softness that I needed. It’s definitely made from quality materials. It doesn’t make you feel hot either. I didn’t notice any odor when I opened it.

A friend bought a new "Puffy" brand memory foam mattress. Wasn't crazy about it, so ask me to find a topper. Bought based on looking at reviews on several brands. I wish it had more than elastic straps at the corners. That said it fit well and after letting it expand I placed it on the mattress covered it with a mattress protector and the fitted sheet. So far has stayed in place. Friend says he slept better and was very happy with it. Only been a couple of nights. Will update any changes.

I slept on this king-size mattress topper for the first time last night. The Topper was full and fluffy, and I had a great night sleep. I am looking for another great night sleep tonight. I would not hesitate to recommend this topper any time as it stayed cool and never had a hot spot.
