Admittedly I'm not using this as intended. I had a no-parking sign in a parking spot and the wind kept blowing it over. Figured out that I could get a weight lifting weight and after removing the original base onto the sign slipped this on. Reattached original base. Problem solved. The sign no longer blows over. Theres not much to say the plates weigh what they say and they dont chip easily. overall a good cheap set of weights Cap is always pretty reliable

I use these as small change weights, they work great. I would not recommend them for olympic lifting as they will break (get rubber if you dropping the bar). But I use them on my reverse hyper and they work great.
