I reached out to customer service and they got back to me in less than 24 hours offering to replace the damaged one. I received the replacement plus more only a few days later. The saying isn't always true that you get what you pay for; at least in this case. This weight set is surely over the limit for what it costs. It is very well made. Much care went into this particular set. The frame is very sturdy & strong. The weight covering is of a top quality & should last forever. The knurled & contour handles are a great plus for a secure workout. There is enough room to lift & return the dumbbells to the rack. maybe because my hands are a medium size. First, I would like to say these weights and the rack are excellent quality. The grips are comfortable and roomy for your hands. Easy to grab from the rack and return, then move to the next weight. Secondly, I would like to say thank you to this company, as several of the weights were lost by the shipper, and once notified, the company quickly and kindly responded by sending again via a different shipper.
