Super easy to put together. Came in 4 boxes. 3 boxes showed up one day and the 4th showed up the next day. When I contacted customer service, they were very quick to get back to me with tracking information and were very nice. The handles are very comfortable, the weight part has a nice thick rubber over it. I like the quality of the weight stand and the weights. Also, I like that they had different colors to choose from. Nothing fancy, just heavy objects needed to get swole. 😁🏋

CAP and WF literally are selling dangerous garbage and hoping they can get away with it. I have mistakenly thought CAP was still the good bang for your buck brand of a few years ago but WF and Cap are perfectly content sending weights with hard metal nub deformities from poor welding in key areas where you hold weights to you. Think this was a fluke? My 5lb set, 15lb set, and 25lb set had them, I sliced up my hands. I have done replacements — had to ship them all back and still, the new 5’s and one 15 are covered in these nubs. This is pretty much criminal and I am close to filing a consumer complaint.
