As soon as I received it I tested the twist turn handle. There is no detent or a click to alert you that you’ve arrived at the off position. Exactly the only reason I was replacing a similar bidet. We came back from a very long vacation to find out the bidet was not totally turned off. (Which reminded me to always shut off the main water source🤪). We’ve been interested in trying out a bidet (for those not in the U.S., bidets aren’t common in most houses), but we’re hesitant to spend a lot of money from the get go. If you are like we were, you have some experience with basic plumbing and you don’t mind spending a little time, this would be a good item to get. It’s been installed for a few weeks and so far I’ve been pretty impressed with its performance and quality. Keep in mind that this is a bidet attachment for your toilet. It is easy to install and use, and I would say it does a good job complimenting toilet paper. The dual nozzle design of the bidet provides both feminine and posterior wash options, allowing for a customized and hygienic clean every time. The water pressure is also adjustable, allowing you to find the perfect level of cleanliness and comfort. We found that both can work for both sexes and depend largely on where everything lines up when one sits down. One of the standout features of this bidet attachment is the brass inlet, which should be durable and resistant to corrosion and leaks. The overall construction of the attachment leaves a little to be desired, and I do have some concerns over its durability over the long term. I almost decided to just take it apart to see how the water is sent to the outlets. My concern is that it is just plastic channels built into the attachment. If this is the case, then it won’t take much to crack and spring a leak. If however it has some sort of tubing inside, then I’d feel better about its durability. This would be something for the seller to consider calling out (if the latter). If the former, then the manufacturer might consider making a change. Either way, for now I do not know the answer. Installation of the bidet attachment was easy, with clear instructions and all the necessary hardware included in the package. It should be able to be attached to any standard toilet seat and requires no additional plumbing or electrical work (unless you require a funky adapter). One item of note is to consider which side the bidet attachment mounts to. In my case, it’s the side facing the door, which makes the water tubing visible and a little bit of an eyesore. I might go back and see if perhaps I can substitute the stainless steel braided water supply for something shorter, more flexible or white (anything that makes it easier to hide) Overall, I would recommend this if you want to try out a bidet way of life without dropping a bunch of cash until you’re ready. It is well-made, hygienic, and easy to use, provides a great compliment to traditional toilet paper (you still may need some to dry everything off). Whether you're looking for a more hygienic and eco-friendly option, or simply want a more comfortable and customized cleaning experience, this bidet attachment is a solid choice. ... show more

this took me about 20 minutes to install. it wasn't very complicated at all. this is my first time having one of these. the waters pretty cold so it's taking a bit to get used to it. i may try to find a heated one at some point but this will do for now. i'm not really sure how long this one will last since its pretty much all plastic. overall not a bad option for the value. ... show more

It was easy enough to install. We figured out pretty quickly that this won't be getting used for half of the year because the regular water temp in our bathroom is ICE cold, being on the outside edge of the house. The knob isn't great because it doesn't click into the off position and it takes a little finagling. You cannot aim the spray, so again, it takes some finagling. You cannot choose which side the knob and installation is on, so that's not awesome but it did work out ok for us. It doesn't feel real durable, but so far it's doing ok. Excellent for anyone who has never used one before, this kit will show you how they work and how useful it is. The parts and bidet itself are good quality and it worked with no problems. The installation will be the most time consuming part, just make sure you know what your doing or you will end up with a flood. Once installed it did the job and didn't make a mess. It was actually really easy to install. Came with all parts necessary to get it working. I have no experience with anything like this other than changing my toilet seat. It is definitely an intro Bidet. If you like using a Bidet you will want to get a better one than this, but this is a good price point to test one if your not sure. Its pretty thin plastic not sure how long it will last. It does not have a hard off, you just sort of make sure the handle is in the right spot. Since this does not use electricity you also do not have hot water. This is when my husband said no way to this Bidet. This bidet was super easy to install. Turn off the water, unscrew water line from toilet, attach coupler, reattach water line, take off toilet seat, line up the bidet on the porcelain seat screws, center, put the toilet seat back on, attach smaller water line to the coupler, attach the other end of the water line to the bidet, turn water back on and you're done. It took approximately 15 minutes. The reason why I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the water stream doesn't hit quite the right spot, you have to wiggle around a bit. We have another bidet that we don't have this issue with. Lastly, the plastic is a cool white and not "toilet" white so it sticks out more so then blends in. ... show more
