Came in 4 large boxes but not super heavy. Very comfortable for our cabin. Smells good. Took an hour of easy assembly. Photo is prior to putting cushions on.

    • Great Customer Service, Spacious Multi-Purpose Couch
Color: Black Style: 7 Seat-L Shaped
Couch is amazing and very comfortable! All of the storage areas in the couch make it very accessible to place things needed for the couch and the living room. Couch is also very easy to put together, and didn’t take much time to do. One piece came damaged, and WEUP’s customer service through Amazon was amazing at getting me a replacement piece for what was damaged! The replacement piece came in less than 3 days after approval, and was able to use the couch right away! Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Good Quality for price
Color: Black Style: 7 Seat-L Shaped
We love our couch. It came as described. 7 seater is not based on American standards but it is still pretty big. The back rest do not lay flat but they lay low enough that you don't feel like you are sitting up or that you need a pillow. Very comfortable and easy to aassemble. Would recommend.

An incredible sofa. My husband and I put it together in 30 minutes. No bolts—it’s all snap-fit. I highly recommend it.

    • Buyer Beware
This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. It arrived missing a bracket to attach the backrest on. The seller agreed to resend a bracket. Within a few days the handle for pulling the storage open ripped, and one arm piece is super wobbly. I requested a refund. The sellers customer service only replies once a day so weeks later, they still aren’t willing to return my money. I was offered $30 in reparations, then $180 and a new couch. I accepted since they would not return my money. A new one is better than a broken one. They said returning bulky items was costly to them. Then they did not send a new couch, they sent a new bracket only, and told me to try adjusting the arm piece and the handle wasn’t meant to be reliable. Weeks of dealing with customer service and I still have a broken couch in my living room. This couch is very cheap quality, uncomfortable and customer service is slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend this couch. ... show more
