The couch was easy to set up and it’s very comfortable, but I’m missing the ottoman. I didn’t get it in the mail with all of the other pieces. I hope this can be resolved. We’re missing box S49-OTT Edit** We got the ottoman!! It showed that the package was delivered and didn’t give updated shipping info, so we thought we were missing the ottoman. This is a very popular cloud sofa, and it truly lives up to the name. Sitting on it feels incredibly comfortable—almost like sitting on a cloud. The quality and texture are excellent, and it feels very well-made. One of my favorite features is the storage ottoman. It can be moved to either side, which makes it very flexible, and the storage space inside is surprisingly large. I can easily store all the throw pillows and small blankets inside, which helps keep the living room looking clean and organized. Another great aspect is that the different sections can be rearranged freely based on your preferences. The design is very user-friendly and practical. The sofa itself looks pretty good. The upholstery fabric is nice, and the pillows are very soft — if they get compressed, you can just fluff them up, and they look brand new. However, this sofa is definitely not meant for lying down, as you can feel the module joints right through to your backside

Really easy to put together and it feels solid once assembled. The sectional is big and super comfy—great for lounging and movie nights. The storage is honestly a nice surprise (perfect for blankets, pillows, and kids’ stuff). The white color looks modern and matches everything, but it’s definitely not stain-friendly, so you’ll want to be a little careful or use a throw. It was pretty easy to put together and fits nicely in the room. I use it as a small cozy corner to relax, and the storage inside is actually really useful for keeping extra sheets and blankets. Overall I’m happy with it and it works well for what I needed.
