I'm so excited to have found a cheap and good eyelid primer! It does a great job lasting all day without any makeup creasing on your eyelid. It's such a nice solid base for eyeshadow too and kind of brightens my eyelid a little bit. I've tried Elf eyelid primer before and it just didn't last all day. I've also tried the Urban Decay primer and that one doesn't let you blend your eyeshadow that well! Like it's almost too good, if that makes sense, like too grippy. I was looking for a primer that wasn’t too expensive as I don’t really wear make up. This primer does not disappoint! I have worn vibrant eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara for 10+ hours now and it is still perfectly in place and vibrant. I would also want to note that I ride an E bike to and from work going 30+mph, in which I wear a helmet, but sometimes the wind still gets in my eyes, and it makes my eyes water and tears roll down my face, but you can’t tell because my make up doesn't move. The pink shadow is from yesterday, after commuting to work. The yellow eye shadow is from today after returning home. How they the make up looks is how they looked in the morning and after I had tears running down my face both time! ... show more

This product is fabulous. I’ve tried many different brands, and this one lasts the longest. I put it on early in the morning, and it’s still doing the job late at night. No more burning from oily eyelids! And eye shadow goes over it just fine, both powder and stick.

I bought this based on all the great reviews. I think it helps my shadow not crease (I use shadow sticks) but it doesn’t hold my mascara or eyeliner the same way Elf’s eyeshadow primer does. I haven’t bought any expensive high end brand primers to compare. But compared to Elf, this doesn’t work as well. Yes I get more for the money… but I might as well not use it if I end up with raccoon eyes at the end of the day. ... show more

I bought this on a whim because I’ve been needing an eyeshadow primer and this was by far the cheapest one. This primer BLEW me away. I use the tiniest dot for each eyelid and my eyeshadow lasts the entire day. I live in a hot climate and usually sweat my makeup off, but now I come home with my eyeshadow fully intact. I only get a crease from my eyelids being hooded but that is it (it’s barely visible). I will say, this primer makes it a bit difficult to smoothly apply eyeshadow. It feels like it’s sticking on and can’t blend as well as normal, but that is not to say that it’s not possible. It is a small price to pay for such long wear. My only qualm about this product is that Wet n Wild isn’t cruelty-free anymore so I won’t be repurchasing. This will definitely be missed, but with how little I use every time I need to, I think it’ll be a long time until I have to replace it! ... show more

I have really only used urban decay's eyeshadow primer, but decided to try something more budget friendly. It's great for its price and there was no creasing even though I got sweaty and oily. I used different brands of eyeshadow and they all held up nicely. definitely give this a shot
