This has been my go-to liner since middle school. It has a brush similar to a nail polish want but very fine little brush tip. And I’ve even gone swimming with little to no smear as long as I’m not rubbing it like crazy. Wipe it gently and it doesn’t usually come off, it has a time or two, but generally stays on. Usually it’s hard to get off, definitely need some kind of liquid makeup remover to wipe it off. (And fyi it makes for very good Halloween or cosplay black lipstick since it’s so waterproof and goes on liquid. And honestly it lasts for a very long time given how small the container is, it’s definitely a good deal. And it’s one of the eyeliners you can tell is black, not kinda dark brown almost black, it is very black so if you’re wanting a black liner this is it. Granted, I didn't rub my eyes or anything, but after applying the liner and waiting for it to dry, I hopped into a shower to test it out. Came out of the shower without any liner on/around my eyes, very minimal flaking (Would be very easy to touch up or conceal outright with eyeshadow), and no difference in the strength of the line away from the edges. My *only* complaint is that the applicator brush it comes with is way too clunky and thick, and not tapered nearly enough to give a thin/tapered line. This however, is easily fixed, if you have the non-waterproof version with a far more tapered brush. Simply take out the much more slender/tapered non-waterproof liner top and give it a brief wash, then put it onto the waterproof liner. Shake it up, and voila, you have the best product with the best applicator (The tops fit perfectly as they are the exact same size so you don't have to worry about air getting in or anything like that). Frankly I don't know how I lived without waterproof liner in such a humid climate for so long. ... show more

The applicator brush is great. The amount you get for the price is great, but after an hour of wearing this, you will have black lines across the top of your eyes under your eyebrow. It says waterproof, but for some reason this is the only brand I have this issue with. I’ve used brands that were not waterproof and they do not leave black lines under my eyebrow area. I was out at an event and I could not figure out why everybody was looking at me so weird, so I looked at the mirror and noticed that this eyeliner had completely Orjinta the top of my eyeshadow and left black lines all over everything that I spent time getting ready doing.
