Nice smooth and VERY opaque. Blends great. It’s not gritty. Once set, it stays!! I like to take a small brush and lightly powder my winged liner after applied to set it. I have never had a problem with it running or smudging after I do that. I live in the south where the humidity is high and so is the heat! It is a kohl eyeliner so it is NOT smudge resistant, that’s why I set it. Works great to create a smokey look. Definitely a holy grail in my opinion. Lasts all day. 💯 Waterline liner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is easy to apply, goes on smooth. But does not last as long. Will smudge a bit under the eyes, so have to wipe under eye once or twice throughout the day. It also moves from the waterline to the lash line, which I don't mind at all. Not waterproof. Over all good product 👍 All in all - if you use it for a wing liner. 5/5 great buy, very affordable.
