  • Surprisingly Great Quality
Color: Lavender Bliss
I remember back in the early 90's going to Woolworths and there'd be these bins with cheap 99 cent makeup. Crazy colors like blue nail polish and black lipstick, colors that you didn't really see anywhere else back then, all piled up in these bins. They were all Wet N Wild, and I loved going through these bins and picking out a few items each time I visited. I always associated Wet N Wild with kitschy cheap makeup bins because of this, not that this was a bad thing. I also stopped seeing Wet N Wild after Woolworths went out of business and I always thought that was a shame, an end of an era. So imagine my surprise when I came across this! I've been on the hunt for the perfect shade of purple eyeshadow for years. Sephora had an eyeshadow pencil that had the perfect shade for me. The color was great, but the application was a bit on the chalky side. Still, it never failed to get compliments everytime I left the house with it on. Sadly, it was discontinued and I only bought one. So when that ran out, I tried in vain for years to find a suitable replacement. I started just buying any purple that remotely matched from any brand just to see if it'd work. I came across this and was surprised that 1., Wet N Wild was still a thing and 2., the color looked promising. Knowing my history with Wet N Wild and its bargain bin legacy, I didn't have high expectations on its quality. I bought this and another brand with a similar color that cost three times as much. I put this on my right eyelid and the expensive one on my left and whoa.... This pencil is AMAZING! The color glided on like silk. It wasn't chalky or hard or anything. It felt almost creamy. The pigmentation is rich, one pass and it was opaque and popping. I was able to glide over my eyelid a second coat and it went on so smoothly. No skin tugging, no pigment chunks falling off the pencil. Two coats and I couldn't stop staring at my eyes. The color is amazing. It was so much more vibrant than the more expensive brand. My only regret is not stocking up on more of these when they were in stock. Wet N Wild really threw me for a loop. I was expecting the bargain bin quality of my youth but this outperformed all my other color pencils. And this was by far the cheapest!! It's amazing that they kept the bin prices but seriously stepped up the quality! I'm definitely buying more and trying their other colors! ... show more

  • Best eyeliner ever!
Color: Blue Lah Lah
I’m 74 years old and always trying out different eyeliners. I have purchased at least a dozen different types, including expensive brands, in the last few years and this one really surprised me. Soft, blendable, easy to use, great color options and cheap. It is my favorite! Because it’s soft it may smudge, but that hasn’t been a big problem for me. ... show more

  • I like the metallic more blendable shades better
Color: Burgundy Burning Bridge
I have most of these colors, but this one isn’t my favorite. I like the metallic more blendable shades better. This just isn’t as flattering on me. I gave it 4 stars because it’s highly pigmented, easy to use, feels light and not greasy. It also doesn’t disappear or drift from morning to night. The twist fat style is easy to use. This shade was just flat and wasn’t flattering on me like the more blendable metallic shades. Great product line! Would highly recommend the metallic shades and this shade for the right person. ... show more

  • This 55 year old is very pleased!
Color: Dark Brown Cheat Day
I must admit...I did not have high expectations for this product; I was unfamiliar with the maker, the price was too good to be true and I generally have trouble finding eyeshadow/eyeliner that work for me, so just writing this review is saying a lot, for me! As I have gotten older, powder eyeshadow just doesn't seem to go on my eyelids very smoothly, anymore, so I thought I'd try something less powdery...perhaps a pencil or stick. Well, the first time I tried it, I wasn't thrilled...but wait...that was on me. You see, I like my makeup to look subtle and I had painted my eyelids a bit Picasso-esque. Not subtle by any stretch of the imagination. I figured, oh well...at least it wasn't a huge investment. A couple of weeks later, for some reason, I decided to try again, but this time, instead of painting my eyelids in a full stroke, I decided to just dab the pencil and then use my finger to slightly blend. Well, that did the trick! I now use it as eyeshadow and eyeliner...it looks great, is fast and easy and lasts all day! I'm a convert! ... show more

  • Creasing but not terrible for the price
Color: Green
At $2.94 I cannot complain loudly. It glides on smoothly, is intensely pigmented and is lightweight, but it creases (breaks down on the eyelid for the uninitiated) even with good primer. I used it with Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer potion - which is excellent at keeping other eyeshadow in place - and the stick was all over my face after about 9 hours. I somehow managed to get it on the bridge of my nose. The creasing started about 3 hours after I initially put it on (which is kind of noticeable in my review photo). It also acted like it didn’t want to come off when I used my makeup remover towelette (Neutrogena, which removes everything else very well). For the price, it’s better than you’d expect but it’s not top tier like say ColourPop’s comparable ShadowStix. Spend a little bit more for those if a stick is what you’re looking for. ... show more

  • Bought six different colors…
Color: Gold Keep Diggin
I like them and you MUST use a good eye shadow primer or fixing spray otherwise they’ll smear around the eyes. Good creamy texture easy to blend & multi use

  • Works perfectly as needed
Color: Champagne Room
I'm a 90s Wet & Wild gal, and I love this cream eyeshadow. I don't love doing makeup, especially eye, and this makes it so much easier to get a nice, clean application. The price point is a really good value, and I love the color and shimmer of this option.

  • Pretty Good
Color: Nocturnal Behavior
I have a few different colors of these and it blends really well with each other. I tend to just use my fingers to blend it. It does not work well with powder eyeshadow, it just puulls so I'd recommend just using it by itself or with other shades of this multi stick. It remains kinda wet, I find. Like not uncomfortably wet but you will get some on your finger if if you touch it even after wearing it for a while. I have hooded eyelids so it sometimes gets tiny creases. It's a really good quick look for everyday, though. If you are using multiple shades on your eyes at once, definitely start with the lightest shade. ... show more
