I LOVE THIS TV. It has all the apps that I enjoy pre-installed. It was VERY VERY easy for me to set up. I personally don't need Roku with this TV. I really enjoy watching the oldies like I Love Lucy, Frazier, 3's Company, etc. I don't use Netflix or U-tube. I do use the apps that is already installed like Tubi, Pluto and a lot of the other free and apps that show the oldies. I give this TV a BIG THUMBS UP. And the picture is great along with the price was right for my pocketbook. 👍🤩😉

Westinghouse 43-in Smart TV It's been over a decade since I last purchased a TV, so I almost gave up. It took me "a beat" to figure out the Smart tv features. (I am still finding features!) Overall, once I got my HDMI connected, and entered my WiFi info, it's been great. I like the voice command feature to quicklyfind channels, or especially to get to settings, to make adjustments. I can watch tv like my local news, movies, and football/sports, on regular HDMI (make sure you connect to HDMI 1 or whichever port you used previously. It needs to read, "connected") using my fiOS remote. Then to watch the whole gamut of premium TV, movies, TUBI, streaming Disney+, Hallmark +, STARZ, etc. I use the Westinghouse XUMO remote. I haven't connected the game systems (XBOX, Wii) yet. I will leave that to my nephews over the holidays! Lastly, the picture is lovely!

I am age 81 and defeated by technology. I bought this TV on price and size and brand name. I'll skip the nonsense of connecting the remote to the tv via the verizon cable box, which was enough to put this on the sidewalk, but which did get solved, and come to the worse part, getting audio out of the arphone jack into either earphones or external speakers, which are separately powered. I do this all the time, export audio via the earphone jack, but not here, and after much agita, got to a telephone support person via Amazon, who said the jack I thought was audio output, was not, which made sense b/c the earphone jack didn't fit right anyway, and the USB-A jack also didn't fit right, so bah humbug to you, I will find some other tv manufacturer, there are many, and so what is that jack anyway, and oh BTW, this device has NO on-board buttons, so lose the remote and you lose the tv bah humbug to you

Excellent packaging for transport and prevention of screen damage. Easy to pull out of the box, plug in, and opt for the settings. Preloaded apps and Xumo. Ease of use remote control, excellent volume magnitude, and functionality. Lightweight, which makes it nearly effortless to place in the kitchen, study room, etc.

it’s got a decent picture the operating system and it’s a little slow. It’s the second smart TV. I’ve had I replaced the one I had before with this. I had a Vizio and it only lasted seven months, but it had a lot nicer picture and it was a lot faster but like I said, it only lasted seven months. They gave me my money back on it so I use the money to buy that one that I got now.
