Great purchase! Do make sure that you use 2 40amp double pole breakers with 2 runs of 8 awg wire. Just a tip, but make sure that if you are in a subpanel, that you place your ground wires into the ground bar, not the neutral bar! Flickering lights while using hot water means you have placed the ground wires in the neutral bar, so be careful! Have an expert install if you are unsure.

Kitchen faucet is 60 ft from the hot water heater, installed this inline as a booster. I needed 220v 30A dual breakers, its working fine so far. Note, this is not Westinghouse as you traditionally know it, its just the logo on a generic chinese unit.

I have a huge house that's incredibly tricky to keep warm, and my kitchen sink is 30ft away from every other water source, which is a long trip for hot water ! With this Westinghouse Tankless the problem is solved ! We are used to waiting, by the kitchen sink, for what seems like an eternity for the water to run luke warm, then finally hot. Those days are officially over ! This little tankless heater delivers piping hot water on demand !! Just what we needed ! The quality of this unit is evident immediately, and it's compact size makes it simple to install out of the way, inside the sink base. The installation is simple, but if you're not a DIY type, do hire a plumber. It requires a 240VAC/30A circuit, which is typical for most water heaters, and the piping is fairly simple. It's a good idea to use a water softener if you have hard water, as we do, to protect the unit from corrosion and keep it running for years. I haven't gotten a new electric bill yet, but our usage has dropped quite a bit, as this unit is far more efficient than our old 50gal tank 30ft away. The water is hot immediately, and when your standing in the kitchen and it's 10 below outside, that's a great thing ! Great quality, great price, and the peace of mind those provide, are an instant 5 stars for me !

One of the biggest issues hubby and I have is when he comes in from working on cars in the garage and wants to use my laundry room sink to scrub parts or even his hands as he needs hot water to get them cleaner. He has water in the garage just not hot water and this tankless water heater is a great way to end our struggles over the laundry room sink. He hooked it up quickly and easily and now he has all the hot water he needs when he needs it without using very much electricity for the convenience. It's a good deal and good quality and water temp is accurate.

I know this type of heater has been out for a while but they've come a long way with the features. This one works with both Google and Alexa. Excellent quality from Westinghouse. Extremely easier to install than a hot water heater with a tank. Extremely easier to fit in spaces. Water temperature is very hot and fast. Even in this smallest option. They have a chart for your regions source water temperature as well as flow rate per model. With a proper install experiencing no leakage. Comes with a great manufacturers warranty at 5 years on the element and 3 years for everything else. I don't think I'm ever going back to tanks!

I am so impressed with my new Westinghouse Hot Water on Demand tankless water heater. This tankless heater is able to keep up with my on demand needs for hot water. I no longer have to worry about running out of water when having all of the family over for the holidays. This really has been the best addition to my guest bathroom! The front LCD display is easy to read and the knob gives you easy access to adjust the temperature as needed It's the perfect size for our showering needs and a good deal.
