I was very skeptical at first because of the bad reviews, but decided to go for it and it paid off. The product came in nicely, well packaged, nothing damaged, everything new and the delivery was very fast. It is an amazing strobe flash! Go for it like me and you won’t regret it.

Its a small strobe with a whole lotta punch!! So far, its been great, plus, the price factor is a big plus as far as other brands go.     • Great light and great service
I've been really happy with it. The battery lasts a while. I had one issue with a battery (charging light not working). Call them and immediately got it resolved. Their customer service is great. Once I called in, they FedEx a new battery within two days.

The media could not be loaded. Today I received the flash and as you can see in the photos attached, it's not a new product, its used and damaged as well!! There are scratches everywhere - unbelievable!! The mounting part is loose, in this condition I cannot even mount it properly on the C-stand, I'm afraid it will fall apart! As soon as I opened the bag, I could see that somebody just threw the strobe and the cables randomly in it, not caring about damaging or scratching it, not caring about the customer at all. I will try if the flash even works and update this here... but it will definitely go back, I paid for a complete new product and this condition is unacceptable!! ... show more

    • Not as advertised
Received the item yesterday, upon opening the Amazon box, I realized that the original box containing the item (fj400) has been opened ( original seal broken). The power cord has been used, the box containing the gel filters has been crushed, the LCD screen has scratches on it, instruction manual not present, ziplock bags containing some connection cords are also torn. Basically the item appears to be a used item, returned, or was on display at some point. Item was not listed as used or open box. It simply wasn't a brand new item. I'm very disappointed with this purchase ... show more
