  • Nice hiking pants
Size: Small Color: Sage
I purchased 4 of these to try on. Bottom line I kept the Sage x-small only. 5'4", 110 lbs. Also note that I don't have a butt (hips 34-35") and my thighs are thin (18-19" at widest). I ordered the Navy (suppose to be polyester) and the Sage (nylon) to see which material and fit I liked. Sage xsmall and small were indeed Nylon material and the xsmall fit great with room to expand in the elastic waist. Size small in Sage Nylon was too big in butt area and also the waist had too much room that when I added my phone and put my hands in my pocket they sagged. The legs were perfect in the xsmall for me but if you have large thighs you will not like them as they will be constricting. The Navy pants ... xsmall came in polyester and I preferred the material but it ran small. It was snug and I felt like the waist would be uncomfortable over time. The small however was in the Nylon material and like the small Sage it was too big. In my opinion, I liked the feel of the polyester material. The Navy pants were the only ones that came in Polyester. Some people said these pants were long. NOPE! they fit perfect in the length (both the xs and small). Some people said the nylon material made a noise. NOT exactly...they are not loud or make a distinct sound but the material is like the nylon parachute material. Don't know about durability since I haven't worn them hiking yet. I hope to update once I have worn them. Update. I wore these during a camping trip. They were used for several days. They were comfortable. I love them. The zippers worked wonderfully. Had no issue zipping them or unzipping the shorts while I had the pants on me. I washed the hiking pants and they seem to wash well. Overall Very happy with my purchase. ... show more

  • Great safari pants
Size: Medium Color: Khaki
I bought these for an Africa trip so I could have both shorts and long pants. I didn’t want to pay the price for a brand name pant so bought these instead. These are every bit as good of quality as the brand name pants. They fit very well and are so comfortable I love the waistband. It’s elastic but still looks nice. Great value for the money. ... show more

  • Really wanted to love these but zipper cuts into thigh
Size: Large Color: Green
Overall quality seemed decent and was pretty accurate to sizing. I ordered a large and fit in waist length was perfect. Unfortunately the zipper portion cut into my thigh. It was snug when standing and painful when crouching. For reference I'm 5'7" and usually a large or size 10 in womens. I measured my thigh where the zipper sits and it was 20" around. I think if I had sized up, the waist would have felt too loose. So if if you're part of the thicc thighs society, I'd continue your search. ... show more

  • Comfortable pants
Size: Small Color: Glacier Gray
These fit great, are breathable, and stretchy. They zip off easily and have a good amount of pockets. They are not waterproof so if you are looking for something that will resist the rain, these are not them.

  • Great hiking pants but run a bit large
Size: Small Color: Light Grey
I ordered these convertible hiking pants primarily for hiking and playing disc golf. I love the number and layout of all of the pockets - I can easily fit my phone in any pocket and with several zippered pockets I am not worried about losing it during a steep hike. The material is comfortable with a bit of stretch and seems like it will dry very easily. I love the ability to convert from pants to shorts and the option to roll up the pants cuff and button it in place or use the elastic cords. My only complaint is that the size small I ordered was a bit too large. I am 5' and about 110 lbs and usually a small (or size 4 petite) is perfect for me. I expected they might still be a bit long but for this product a size small is a bit large. I've re-ordered in an XS. The waist is fitted in the front but elastic in the back. I'm not particularly curvy so I was a bit concerned with the fit being just loose enough to fall down, especially with anything weighted in the pockets. I will update once I've received the XS but I suspect they will fit perfect. The size small has enough slack all the way around to take in a couple of inches and still fit comfortably compared to what I typically expect of this size. ... show more

  • Cute but tight at the zipper on thigh
Size: Medium Color: Sage
5'4, 160 lbs. They fit perfectly at my waist and the material was nice and stretchy. I have to return them though because they get too tight at the zipper on the thigh when squatting or stepping high up. I wish that part had a little stretch or was made even just a half inch wider. They were also a little long, but it wasn't a big deal. I like how versatile they could be, joggers, straight leg, shorts, capris. I liked the black zippers against the sage color. ... show more

  • My favorite pair of hiking pants
Size: X-Small Color: Black
I stumbled upon this pair of hiking pants on Amazon and I was looking for the option to unzip the pants and turn them into shorts so I tried these. I Used these for a 15.5 mile hike in Iceland. They are so comfy and I’m very pleasantly surprised by their quality! I went back and bought another pair. I love all the pockets and it was just so convenient for not only hiking but traveling (I kept my passport in the thigh zipper pocket and it was comfortable). I would wear these everywhere if I could. I’m 5’5 117 lbs and bought an extra small and I love the fit! ... show more

  • Great fit for us curvy gals
Size: X-Large Color: Navy
I bought both the Navy and Grey pants in XL/size 14 (US) and I'm really glad I did. They are both made of 85% Nylon, 15% Spandex. They fit really well, which is nice since most convertible pants don't take curves into account! (5'8", 175 lbs). Thanks to the elastic waistband in the back I can move easily and bend over without the waist gapping. The inseam is a couple of inches too long for my height, but with the cinch straps at the bottom cuff AND the options to roll/button up the legs or to zip them off entirely, I have no concerns about length. I haven't worn them out on the trail yet, but the fabric seems lightweight, durable, and like it will probably dry quickly if I get caught in an unexpected storm. I plan to treat them with Permethrin to ward off ticks. I will update this review after my upcoming camping trip if anything goes wrong. For now - if you're on the fence I recommend buying these pants! ... show more
