It has a extra round part that comes out the side that was not on the original. It is not an airway so not sure what it's for because it had nowhere to attach. Also metal piece in valve was not needed and had to be taken out. But we made it fit on a 1998 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder.

Very easy to install. There's another opening that's not in the original but don't worry, it is closed off from the inside and doesn't serve any purpose. The price is even lower now then when I purchased it.

    • Would have worked, ordered by mistake
Placed in cart and ordered by accident after ordering a Doorman brand from another vendor at slightly lower cost. I was familiar with Doorman and decided to go that route after comparing. This unit would’ve fit but was much stiffer than the doorman brand. They were nearly identical otherwise.

Almost a prefect fit. The only thing that did not line up was the hold down for the air accumulator. This was not a big issue the accumulator saddled in light enough.
