  • Works great
Size: M-100 100A/10-ft
Fits and performs exactly as it should. Good quality and still working years later.

  • So far so good, gun fits my little portable 120v machine perfectly
Size: M-100 100A/10-ft
So far so good, gun fits my little portable 120v machine perfectly, for 1/3rd the cost of the factory replacement gun. I have about half of a 10lb spool through the gun, no complaints at all. At this price point, even if it lasts half as long as a real Miller gun, I'll still be money ahead. As an aside, I used to sneer at the little 120v machines, but man this little gem has proven itself. Does very nice within it's capabilities and is way easier to drag around the shop and out into the field than a larger 240v machine. ... show more

  • Better than original - Millermatic 180
Size: M-150 150A/12-ft
My gun setup on my Millermatic 180 has seem some good use for being just a homeowner tool and I have re-sleeved it twice in it's lifetime. starting to be more of a pain than anything so I started looking and found this one. Fit was perfect, 2 minutes to swap it out, connector was perfect. The added strain reliefs on both ends is what Miller should have done with the original, that is where the abuse comes in! This is a couple feet long than the oem and will be a welcome change! Smooth operation and though I didn't throw out my oem, it will be gathering lots of dust. Would definitely recommend this as a better than oem replacement! ... show more

  • Welding Torch replaces OEM just fine.
Size: M-150 150A/12-ft
We have been using this torch welding several times a week and it operates about the same as the miller torch. The Miller is definitely more stout, thicker although overall for sporadic use this is a huge savings for basically the same torch fits exactly the same as the factory torch.

  • This Wip is better than stock Miller M10 Gun!
Size: M-150 150A/12-ft
The gun came just as shown and works beautifully! The only qualm I have is that the wiring for the trigger plug was spliced together externally with solderless conecters and looks a little shabby, but makes connection when I pull the trigger like it should, so no problem there. The gun itself and where it fits into the machine is made a lot better than a stock M10 gun for my Millermatic 180P Machine. Where my stock gun had only a stiff rubber boot where it plugs up to the wire feeder, this one has a hard plastic collar that prevents kinks (which is the reason why I needed a new wip in the first place). All around, well worth the money! ... show more

  • Works better than expected
Size: M-100 100A/10-ft
I think Miller just puts on a low dollar gun on their welders to keep cost down. For years I fought the OEM gun that came with the welder. The day came when I threw it in the garbage then I saw this one on Amazon and the price was half the price of an OEM gun. I decided to give it a try after hooking it up it worked SOOOOO much better than that piece of junk. Now I have no more jammed wire on the rollers or or wire burned and welded in the tip. Guys don't fight that old junk gun get one of these and get to welding!!! ... show more

  • Longer cable than the stock Miller one
Size: M-150 150A/12-ft
Took about 3 minutes to install, and is supported a little better where it comes out of the welder. This is where the original one failed.

  • You can tell it's not original, because it's better.
Size: M-150 150A/12-ft
I use the heck out of my little MM180. After the second "True Blue" torch broke in the exact same way, I figured this couldn't be any worse. The part fits exactly like the original and appears to be made from the same material. I was pleased to find that the welder-end of the torch is double-reinforced at the point where the original torches keep breaking (like a Bernard) with a clamshell handle and a strain-relief coil. The wire feeds nicely, the replacement parts fit great, and it has the exact same pin connector (not spliced). ... show more
