Lightweight, Easy to Use Welder
Style: AK46 Handheld welder
I purchased the Gerord Handheld Welding Machine for my husband as a Christmas present in 2023 & wow, was he happy. He uses the handheld welder for small welding jobs around our place & he's always telling me how handy & easy it is to use. He states it makes small welding jobs so much easier rather than having to drag out his big welder. He also states that it's lightweight, welds good & he's very pleased with the purchase. It also came with everything you need to start welding straight out of the box.

Great for quick fix repairs
Style: AK46 Handheld welder
Performs great and is easy to use. Cones in handy when you need to fix something quickly but don't want to drag out the big machine. Only complaint would be that I wish the wires were a bit longer.

It works, but the price definitely reflects the quality
Style: AK46 Handheld welder
The instructions weren't really instructions, but it's nothing a little Google search won't help with. My only issue, is that the part that holds the rod is pretty cheap and decided it didn't want to sit still. I ended up eventually super gluing it so it didn't wobble while I was trying to use it. Other than that, it works at least. You definitely get what you pay for.

Great affordability and Ease of Use
Style: AK46 Handheld welder
I enjoyed using this product. It does have a learning curve, which a few tutorials can help. But it was straightforward for me to weld and also set up. There were no problems, only with mechanics in applying the rod and setting up the metal, which is unrelated to the product.

Works well as a small portable welder and even better with practice.
Style: AK46 Handheld welder
I purchased this portable welder to use on several classic car projects when I didn't want to drag out the large 220 v welder. I have used this welder several times now and found that it works very well but it does require some practice and a little technique. It is great for small jobs when more power is not required. My recommendation is that you practice on some scrap metal until you get used to how it works. After that I'm sure you will find that it works well.

Works great, until switch goes bad.
Style: AK46 Handheld welder
Power switch went bad and started blowing house breaker. Before that it wended great. So gotta replace the switch to get it back up and running.

I didn’t like the time that took to cycle or whatever is call when I had to wait between the times between points of power a few seconds but still irritating when I’m on a rush, I did like the grip it kept me from moving too much because my shaking from my condition.
