    • Bike looks cool but came damaged and customer service delayed / not helpful.

Bike is cool, rear tire was not inflated and would not hold air. I tried contacting the seller with a photo and it took 5 days before I received a response, so we went to a local bike shop for the repair. The inner tube had a tiny hole in it, so he replaced it. We were charged $20.55. I finally received a message from the company who I had already sent a message with the image of the tire not inflating and they refused to refund me for the amount we paid for the tire repair without another picture (impossible to do because it's fixed....). Bike seems great, instructions are a bit confusing and hard to follow, but customer service is severely lacking. Amazon recommended I just return the bike which would have involved having to schedule a ups pick up and shipping. A local repair shop was our best option. Just be aware what you might be getting in to. **EDIT: after my review, the company finally reached out to me and ended up crediting me the amount it cost for the repair. I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars to reflect this. But shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, so 4 is the max. ... show more

The handlebar kept twisting and eventually broke. I had to fix it repeatedly. Now the gear cable has also broken. All of these issues occurred within just a few months of use. I'm very disappointed with the quality and durability of this product.
