The media could not be loaded. The only positive thing. I can say about this whole ordeal. The shipping was insanely fast. The crate smelled like mildew and mold. Before I even opened it up. You could tell it has been wet for quite some time. All the accessories were rusted to the point of being pitted. The box basically fell apart. While I was trying to open it. Had some issues with the electronics. Customer service kept in contact and follow through with everything. They said they were going to do. Which was all new electronics to repair the issue. Installed them today. Everything‘s working great. So thank you for following through with everything you said you would do. Overall the bouncer works really well.

Had to level the wheel balancer first and then install the wheel spacer backing plate for the dually rim 17" Chevy Silverado tire. So far so good.
