We had to take it to a bike shop to get fixed for him to safely ride. Edited: The company contacted me regarding the brake issue. They were willing to replace or refund but I explained that we had already fixed the brakes at a bike shop but hoped they would look into this issue on their product. Great quality built. My five years old can ride this 20 inch bike. He will grow into it...meaning that I am confident that it will last a long time. I shopped around in the stores, the brands they carried were way more expensive. We can do Upgrades to this bike as he gets older.
