I bought 2 of these bikes. The first I bought for my oldest son for his birthday in April. He rode it a handful of time and the front brakes already broke. The second one I bought for my middle son (before realizing it was junk). We recieved the first one completely damaged: handle bars were held up, brake cable and brackets were broke. I was told to return it to get a new one. When I found out I hs to pay to ship it back I sent the seller a message. I was told to send photos of the damaged parts to get a replacement. After sending photos I had to fight with them for days. The responses were they would give me paisley refunds to take this brand new bike to a shop near me to repair. After fighting they finally sent a replacement. I would definatly not buy this bike unless your looking for a headache ... show more

We and my son liked the bike. He has had it for only a few weeks and learned the brake line for front brakes were bad and faulty. Extremely disappointed as this is a very important part of a bike. We had to take it to a bike shop to get fixed for him to safely ride. Edited: The company contacted me regarding the brake issue. They were willing to replace or refund but I explained that we had already fixed the brakes at a bike shop but hoped they would look into this issue on their product. Ensuring they would but they also offered to refund for the cost of the brake job. The customer service at this company easily makes this a 5 star review. ... show more
