Functional, but will not fit in a 2020 4Runner dashboard without modification. You need to find a shorter, wider switch to mimic the OEM look. Photos attached

This button fit perfectly for my 2004 4runner. I've read other reviews saying this doesn't fit in their 5th gen 4runner, so be advised this is for the 4th gen 4runners. Wiring is pretty simple. The white wire on the button is for the illumination. I ended up not wiring that because I did not want the button to be illuminated 24/7. The button will illuminate when turned on though.
