The media could not be loaded. I bought this in July 2023 and I’ve barely used it I’d say 5-6 times. This morning when I got home I tried using it and it didn’t work. Power button was always on but the light goes in and out. Low quality I didn’t expect it to stop working so soon.

I didn’t want to pay a lot for this light because who knows how long I’ll stick with my new hobby, so I bought this one. It is bright enough to illuminate my surface, and does the job, but it’s not perfect. The flexible phone holder “tube” is not very flexible, so it seems a bit too long, but it works well enough. The light is 12” so it’s larger than most inexpensive ones and I like that. But if you have little kids running around, this one won’t do. It will likely fall over the first time it is bumped. But I don’t have to worry about that. I wrapped a long piece of rope around my table to tie it down, just in case, and if it is toppled, at least I know it won’t fall to the floor. Also, there is a lifetime guarantee included, so you can’t beat that! One problem I have had, though, is that I have no idea how to use the remote. There are no instructions, so I don’t know what it does. If it is supposed to be used to start the camera on a phone camera, that would be great, but I have no idea how to make it do anything.

This ring light started off working perfectly fine and then began giving me issues. After using it like Twice per week of normal use it stopped powering on properly. I have to press the power button multiple times because the light flickers on but doesn't stay on! Very frustrating to say the least. Sometimes the lights stays on after pressing the power button 5-10 times and if it doesn't, then I have to completely unplug it and plug it in again and retry. It doesn’t even change intensity. I think mine has a wiring issue. Very dissatisfied

I was apprehensive given the low price that this would even include everything I thought I was ordering so I had low expectations. I was so pleased when I opened the package that arrived very timely and that it exceeded even my higher expectations and is well worth the price...and probably more. Having never used a phone tripod, I was initially a little confused about the two options for mounting the phone, but I overcame the confusion once I started just trying the options. I would enthusiastically recommend this if you are looking for a light to medium-duty set-up.
