This belt is lightweight, sturdy, is easy to put on/adjust and offers excellent back/abdominal support for when I'm lifting. The velcro is pretty strong but basically just there to keep the tail out of the way. The buckle is what is holding it in place and does so without slipping or being difficult to tighten/ loosen. I’m 5’2, 160lbs with about a 33in waist. Medium fits perfectly, with lots room. Could have probably done a small bit I’m happy with medium. The pink is bright just like I expected! I wear for any movements, workouts where I just need added stability to get the lift. Easy to put on and remove. Would recommend 100%.

Been doing heavier back squats recently and as a result my previous weightlifting belt finally broke. My coach recommended LYFT-RX’s belt, and I’m happy with my purchase. It’s quick and easy to put on, so I’m not wasting precious seconds during competitions. I also like that the materials are high quality, with the buckle, locks, and Velcro all making sure the belt doesn’t fall off when I’m at the bottom of my squat. My back has recently been feeling good too since the belt takes the strain off of it during lifts. Overall, a great purchase. I’m excited to smash new PRs with this. I would highly recommend it.
