This belt fits great, size medium. I’m 5’3’’ and 140lbs. It came in a carry bag and I love the color. Easy to put on and has a metal clasp to wrap the belt through and pull tight to Velcro on. I’ve used it quite a bit now and it stays on tight.

It's not terrible but I've had better weight belts. I think my favorite type of weight belt is the lever action type but my last one broke. I had the opportunity to try this one out so giving it a go. It looks nice and feels sturdy. The velcro holds well. It does have a habit of moving out of position though which is the thing I don't like about it. I've only used it a little though so I will give it more time. If you like velcro belts it's a decent one.
