  • Good product, easy to assemble
Pattern Name: Left Ramp Size: 50 Inch
My wife does all the dog grooming and she loves it. No more bending over in the shower and then cleaning up all the mess afterwards all your supplies are in one place ready to go. She also does the dog brushing in the tub. We have a golden and a collie. The golden walks right up and gets in the collie not so much. Before you install the faucet, make sure that the connections are tight as pictured. If you don’t , once its installed, water will spray out behind the faucet. Others have mentioned the door not fitting well. It has a good seal around the door so you have to push on the door at the latch when you latch it. Overall I think it’s a good product for the price. ... show more

  • Worth it!
Pattern Name: Left Ramp Size: 50 Inch
Obviously, this is not a commercial tub, but for general use to bathe your dogs, this is well worth the money. We replaced a dry sink that we had in our basement that was going unused with this unit and it has been perfect! I own three dogs that all need Grooming and bathing frequently and I have used this several times since purchase. Some of the reviews complain of difficulty installing or leaky faucet, we have not had any of those issues, but I have to admit that my husband is an extremely handy guy so installation came easy for him. Again, it’s not a commercial tub so the metal is not as heavy as a commercial tub is, but it does the job and it does it well. my largest dog is 80 pounds and there is more than enough room for him and the depth is perfect that I can lean into it to wash him and he’s not tempted to jump out, although there is also a tether included just in case you need to use it. I was nervous spending this much money on something through Amazon, but I am so glad that I did. This is well worth the money and it will save me several trips to the pet store and money to use their Grooming station. very happy with my purchase! ... show more

  • Mostly very good product, but with a few weak items
Pattern Name: Right Ramp Size: 50 Inch
The basic structure of this washing station is solid and well built. I would rate it 5 stars. All the parts lined up and bolted together well, and the metal is of adequate thickness. The handles and loops across the top of the backsplash are solid, as is the soap tray. The weaknesses are mostly related to the faucet, shower head, and drain. They are sort of OK, but about as cheaply built as they can be and still be OK. They work, but I anticipate that that at some point in the future I may change out at least the faucet and shower head, and maybe the drain for better quality fixtures. When I first turned on the water, the shower head sprayed all over out of the side of the shower head. It turned out that the o-ring inside was not aligned properly and I was able to fix it by taking the shower head apart and aligning the o-ring properly. The other weaknesses are the plugs for the faucet holes on the end not used for the faucet and the door hinges. The plugs are poorly/cheaply made. The tabs are so stiff that they can't be pushed through the holes by hand. I ended up flattening two of the tabs so that I could insert the plugs and then pounding the tabs back out after insertion. This method at least got them inserted and they are not falling out, but then are very loose in the holes. The door itself is solid, perfectly flat, and very stiff, but the hinges were misaligned a bit in a way that made the door very hard to close. I am dealing with that by clamped it shut for extended periods and gradually this is bending the hinges into better alignment. I can now close the door by hand, something I could not do initially (prior to several days of clamping it shut). Photo attached. I wrote to the seller about the door issue and their first response was a stock response about the gasket being new and needing to the compressed a bit with use. They clearly did not read what I actually wrote to them. I wrote back explaining that their stock response did not address my issue and they then responded that I should bend the door a bit by hand to put it back into alignment. The problem with this suggestion is that the door and hinges are very solidly constructed, which would be great if they were aligned properly, but they are too solid to adjust by hand the way the manufacturer suggested. My clamping method, however, seems to be working adequately. Update: Overall this washing station is working well and I remain overall pleased it. I have replaced the shower head due to the original one breaking, so that it started spraying water out of the sides. Don't know why it broke. The other thing I noticed is that the screws that hold the handles to the platforms are rusting. They probably could have provided stainless steel screws for less than another dollar of production cost, so that is a bit disappointing. ... show more

  • A value for the money
Pattern Name: Left Ramp Size: 50 Inch
Was worried after some of the reviews that explained problems that had happened but was able to figure out everything and everything worked very well. One problem that I had was the faucet was leaking on one side had the connection. I replaced it with a regular hose washer and all the leaking stopped. The faucet was mentioned in reviews. I find that it has very good pressure and three settings was good for cleaning all the soap out of the dogs. Another things that was mentioned was the latch which I had problems with my latch but I realized that if I put the bottom one first and then the top one I was able to get it closed. The one box comes with most everything. The other box comes with just two side pieces and one bottom piece which is very small box and they came separately. The tub was very good size was able to put both of my dogs in there and washed them together (25lb and 30lb). They were happier being together. ... show more

  • Water doesn’t drain properly. It has a soft middle.
Pattern Name: Left Ramp Size: 50 Inch
Water does not drain properly out of this. We have to push down on the center and squeegee it out after each use. It’s a major pain.

  • Great
Pattern Name: Left Ramp Size: 50 Inch
Honestly very very happy. There wasn't any other dog baths of this size in this price range and there wasn't many reviews so I was a bit hesitant. But it arrived in 2 different shipments on different days, one area was slightly bent but did not affect function at all. There is the EXACT amount only of the screws, bolts, etc so don't loose them. Fits our 80lbs (ish) German shepard and pitbull perfectly with room to spare. The hose attachment for both the shower and then the hose to drain are good but I do anticipate them needing to be changed especially as ours will be outside (Arizona) so heat and alot of sun. But so happy with the purchase and our pups are nice and clean! Also I am 5'3 and at the lowest height it works well. ... show more
