I am 5'6 and find the vest comfortable. It does sit high; thought it would come down to the waist but it sits around the mid torso area. Weights are nice blocks of solid iron and you can start with an empty vest at 3lb and work yourself up to 45lb. The belt that goes around sticks to the vest with velcro and a metal buckle. While good, it is a wee bit clumsy to get the fitting right. Not sure why they did not use a strap slide/adjuster buckle to allow the belt to be adjusted. ... show more
