Die-cutting means that the designs have been pre-cut so you simply push out the doggie toppers, designs, and shapes easily by hand - there is no need for cutting the shapes out with scissors or craft knives. You just push gently and out they come. Once the designs are pushed out you can get creative and layer them up using foam pads (not included) to create images and designs which stand proud from the page.
