I was a little hesitant about this product when I saw it on-line for the Quest 3 because it appeared that the controller was held in there strictly buy gripping the handle of the controller. Well, it works great and there is a place to feed the controller wrist string through the units grip mechanism and knotted/tied to the unit for added support. I didn't add any additional weight other than what comes with the stick. For me, the weight that it came with is enough. I also tried it with Quest 2 controller. You can use the provided velcro strap to help keep the controller securely in the stick. Whether you have a Quest 2 or Quest 3, this stick will work great. UPDATE: I ended up returning this stick because it kept losing connection with the Quest 3 headset. I returned it for the same model BUT with the 90 degree angle mount. Connection problems have now gone away and it is rock solid. Standard stick (non 90 degree) may be ok for the Quest 2 controller but the stick with the 90 degree mounting angle is the way to go with a Quest 3 controller.

I purchased this particular golf stick after talking with a couple of people regarding their golf sticks and discussing the problems they would have with theirs. I went with this stick because it has the 90 degree holder which helps with the joystick continuing a good link with the headset, creating no "glitches" with loss of contact or signal. The grip feels realistic and the added weight adds to the realistic feeling of playing with an actual golf club. The holder safely secures the joystick. I have no worry about the joystick leaving the holder, however, I still loop and tie off the lanyard to the stick for added safety. As a bonus benefit, this particular stick has its own controller setting if you are using the Golf+ app, eliminating the need to go through the cumbersome set up of an unrecognized stick. You just have to go into the controller settings in the app and chose this particular stick from their menu and voila, you are all ready to go!

great product! all metal construction feels really sturdy and secure. I have no issues or concerns of the controller flying out of the club, just with the screw down clamp, but when you add the tying of the wrist strap, I have zero concerns. The extra weights really make a difference in adding a sense of reality to my swing! highly recommend. The only added feature I wish this had was a longer club shaft for even more realistic feeling.

The media could not be loaded. Worked great the first time used on the Quest 3. After removing the controller and reinstalling it for the second use the bottom of the controller mount became loose and wiggly. I tightened the screws on the bottom of the mount but that did not help. Hoping this is a one time flaw in the manufacturing of this club. Plan to return and hopefully receive a replacement without this issue. Has anyone else had this problem? ***UPDATE from 1 to 4 Stars*** I received a replacement club and I am happy to say this new club is solid and works great with the Quest 3!!! Would be a five star rating but when screwing in the handle into the controller mount at times this gets loose and has to be torqued as much as you can get it so it hopefully stays. If there was some type of locking mechanism when mounting the handle to the controller base, this would be a five star club!

The product works well and the weighting is simple and effective. However the way the grip is attached is a mess (that's a direct quote from the club repair professional who put on a new grip). Due to the poor construction, after some time the grip stretched way out and became loose. The company gives absolutely zero cares about this as I contacted them about it and did not ever get the courtesy of a reply. UPDATE: Regarding the last sentence of my review, the company did finally reply to me and sent me a replacement. So I take back the negative comments about customer service and have upped the review by one star. The construction remains questionable but I can't say whether or not it is different from competing products in this regard.

To make sure I emailed support and they said it works for lefties despite it saying “(Right)”. To configure it for left handed, remove the four Phillips screws in the controller gland and flip it and put the screws back in. I recommend trying to keep the screws in their slots by gravity so you don’t have to put them back by hand. Feels very solid with nothing loose like I’ve seen in previous reviews. When playing with Golf+ you’ll need to go into settings and select Yezro Q3. Works great! Feels like the real deal! My shots are better and more consistent too. It’s easy to get a grip on the controller when navigating through menus. No buttons get obstructed.
