After getting contact by Allen I receive a replacement machine and I can say out perform in any way my other portable laser that is consider the brand to go, I'm going to say this is probably the best results I seen on a portable machine, if you wonder if the extra 1w on the Infrared laser worth the money and the hype absolutely. keep in mind that on a 2 w laser adding 1 more represent a 33% increate on power, and that is a lot on laser words. if you are looking to get mobile and start doing events or just increase the quality and efficiency of your on the go engravings this is a machine to look at. I'm not affiliate and I actually give the company a hard time since I work with many machines and consider myself a power user since I normally troubleshoot all but as I said on my 3H livestream for the unbox and use first time im converted and this is my recommendation now. absolutely worth every penny. Thank you for the response and information. not everything is beautiful I'm a UX/UI designer for years and some naming and improvements can be absolutely be done on the software yo make it more user friendly, but with that been said. is easy to use and very responsive. Great job on this machine.

Never buy this brand again. I was 31 days into it then had issues, contacted support and just got run around for nearly a month. Then finally after it took a few weeks of arguing to get machine swapped and working again wasting away 45 days of nothing. Then suddenly a sale happens and it's $200 less than I paid when it was a "special early sale" but if I only waited 36 days I could have gotten the late special sale of $200 off my early sale. I asked of they could honor it and they basically told me to kick rocks. Terrible support and well just bad experience with this brand. The X never treated me like I was a nobody so I'll be going back.

This item did not function properly, the knob to adjust the camera did not work so I never used the product. Though when you get a working one it does work great

I bought this laser engraver knowing nothing about engraving. This laser is so easy to use and does absolutely fantastic work. The 2 different lasers, the portability, ease of use were all such a great surprise. I quickly bought the rotary attachment that, once I figured out how to get it in place, that was super easy too. I have had lots of success, engraving slate coasters, acrylic sheets, stainless steel tumblers of all kinds, glasses, wineglasses and brass challenge coins. All have been fun and satisfying. My only negative has been the color engraving. So far I have yet to be able to successfully do that. I expect it's the grade of stainless I am using. I with Wecreat would provide more quality instructional videos instead of so many ads depicting the product and customer products. Especially on color engraving. I know its simple but better turorials would help! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WECREAT LUMOS!!!
