I never write reviews for Amazon purchases. I’m probably just too lazy to take the time. I had to take a minute to do so for this product. I live out in the booneys and deep in a hollow. I had zero and I mean zero cell service. No bars. Couldn’t even do a field test as it wouldn’t pick anything up. I took a shot on this product fully intending on setting it up and returning it. I even took pictures of all the parts so I could put it back in the box as it came. I mounted it on a pole about 6 feet above my existing roof, so maybe 18 feet off the ground. Pointed the antenna towards the nearest tower (this is important and you should tweak it after set up) and plugged it in. I’m getting 3 LTE bars now. Field test is about -90db. Now I won’t be streaming video anytime soon or FaceTiming anybody but I can make clear calls and send texts with photos and even videos. Truly amazing! I have ordered a 25 foot pole and that should allow even more coverage. For those of you in rural areas, even surrounded by hills, this product WORKS! Pricey but it works. Again you need to research the closest tower and tweak you antenna direction, but that’s easy. ... show more

Expensive but good ratings and our service was terrible at home. This has helped a lot. Buy cheap and get junk. These is the company with the good name so I tried it, have 30-days to return it, but will be keeping it. Significant improvement and an easy installation.

This booster works really well for my cell phone reception but, i tried to use it for data in conjunction with a verizon hotspot and i'm not having much luck with that and i really need something for my work at home situation which involves computer data for like Teams meetings and some video. It was easy to install and the tech support has been very helpful... It was a little pricey though ... show more

Maybe I glossed over it on Amazon's listing but I thought I would get the 75,000 feet of happy coverage. Nope, it depends on signal outside. 2 Bars of LTE equals more of about 2, 000 feet of happy coverage. That is less if the internal antenna and external antenna are too close. I though I had enough space but after my first call with Weboost tech support, I realized with their help I needed to move the external antenna. To their credit they sent me a free to me longer cable. I moved that darn external antenna all over my yard and roof. I would get LTE on my phone in my front room, dining room, and kitchen only... when it worked. It was very intermittent. I called Tech support again. This time we trouble shoot things and turned out part of the system might have been faulty. I was offered a replacement part or I could return it. Problem was by the time a part got to me it would go past the return window. So I set up the return. Then I made the biggest mistake of this endeavor. I purchased the step down, the multi room booster, thinking that would be good as I really only needed the living room covered and its half the price. I also ordered directly from the supplier as they had great customer service. But I didn't, I thought I did, but I instead ordered from Wilson Electronics which is listed as one of the company names. I paid for 2 day shipping and got it 4 days later, not due to UPS but due to them not shipping it until 2 days after I ordered it. I got it and installed it. Nice green bar, but not upgrade in service. I called tech support and they transferred me to Wilson and they tried to upsell me on a new cable. Nope, I wanted to be done with it and return it. They made me pay to return it even though it didn't work out of the box. They also want it back exactly as they sent it. Amazon did not. If you make this purchase know this. Tech support from WeBoost is great. Order it from Amazon in case it doesn't work, that way if you dont have the original box your not up a creek. I have lost a lot of time and energy and almost $100 in shipping from my mistake of ordering it from Wilson Signal Booster. ... show more

The booster works great but the shipping is crap. They hand it over to the USPS who won’t even bring it to your house. They leave a slip in the mailbox that it was too large for the box and you have to take off and go to the damned post office and wait in line for hours. Will not be buying from Amazon again until the cut out the USPS. ... show more
