This spice is my “go-to” for any venison meat. I always season my venison meat with this spice and olive oil first to take away the gamey taste. If I’m making spaghetti, I cook the meat with this spice first and then add the spaghetti spices/sauce. If I’m making tacos, I cook the meat with this spice first and then add the taco seasoning- I am very sad if I accidentally run out of Chicago Steak Seasoning!
