Diagnosed with CHF, so we needed to change our diet and start doing more or no salt alternatives. While searching Amazon for such items I came across this product. I am not one who likes spicy things so the fact that it has red pepper flake in it is not really something I care for. However my wife loves it. And that pepper adds something that is helpful in making up for the loss of salt flavors. The other seasoning also very good though I would add garlic and or onion to this. As it does not have enough of those flavors for my liking. Overall, a good product. And quite a bit for what you spend. It will take us a long time to get through this container.

Have to say this is a really versatile spice! So much so I put it in a shaker and it's permanently on the table with salt and pepper.. I'm kinda a spice collector because I do a ton of meat processing and I have a farm. This is really good on fresh over easy eggs too!

This is the second time I've ordered this pizza seasoning and it's one of my favorite "pre made" seasoning mixes I've used; though, I do wish it was less expensive. $22+ for a jar of seasoning is close to my "nope" point. I routinely use the seasoning when making pizza and calzone from scratch as well as with diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef, for a quick-and-easy meat sauce for spaghetti. I'd use it more often with other dishes too, if it were less expensive. I am sorry about the 4-star for the value; but, it just feels a bit too expensive. Let's say $16-ish? That seems like a fair price.
