The media could not be loaded. I bought this mainly for Zoom calls, and it's been great so far. The picture is clear and sharp. The microphone works fine, ppl on the other end say they can hear me clearly without any weird echo. The tripod stand is a nice plus, and what i love the most is that i can close the lens for safety. sometimes my son uses my computer for school projects, so this is an important plus for me. If you want to scan QR codes with this camera, let me tell is not going to be easy, i had to make a screen in my computer of the QR that my son uses to log in in the school app, so the camera can detect it, but still a five stars for me.

I have used this webcam for about a week - I am pretty happy with it. The resolution is great. It was super simple to install and figure out how to use the ring light. The brightness is excellent - not over done or too much. It functions well with Teams, Zoom and Google.

I do a lot of webinars and conference calls by video these days. (covid) We are all in that situation, I am sure. I needed something fast, inexpensive, and reliable. The little tripod is a great addition, but make sure you understand your dimensions, and what you need, or you might want to add a larger tripod. I didn't have to download any software, or do any installation. Just plugged it in, signed into my webinar teams and it was good to go. The graphic quality is very good. Very clear. Too clear, maybe, lol. With the world being on video conference these days, one worries about privacy and security. (how much people can see) I was able to find a "filter" software package that has a free trial - that blurs your background, or puts a photo or logo of your business. Camera works just fine with that software, as well. It shipped very quickly, even on the slowest shipping option. My only bump was that I bought it on rapid buy, because my original seller ran out of stock. When I checked my debit card, I had been charged full price. It still was within my pricing budget, but it was very disappointing to select an offer, and not have it honored. I got exactly what I paid for, and I am happy with it, and it will get a lot of good use! Happy ending :)

I got this webcam for my school proctored tests, and overall, it does its job for the price. It’s fairly easy to set up, but keeping a stable connection can be frustrating at times. Pros: ✅ Affordable & Functional: For the price, it works well enough for test-taking and basic video calls. ✅ Decent Quality: The video is clear enough for proctoring, and the audio picks up well. ✅ Simple Setup: While not the easiest, it doesn’t take too long to get running. Cons: ❌ Connection Issues: The biggest downside is that it can be frustrating to maintain a stable connection. Sometimes I have to reconnect it multiple times before it works properly. Final Thoughts: If you need an affordable webcam for proctored exams, this one will get the job done. Smaller than the description made me think but works good. I have it on one monitor and sound comes from the other monitor (haven't figured out what's wrong with my set up but nothing to do with cam) so there's a slight sound delay you won't hear it you only have one audio source like laptop. Just plug the device in and you might have to go to Windows settings under devices in order to see it's working if you don't have a webcam program (I didn't). The instructions do mention something about such a program that I did download. The program is small and I attached it to my Taskbar. The free version does allow you to be heard and seen; the paid version let's you record. The unit comes with a privacy cover that sticks on the front (when the cover is in place you can't see the little red light but the little icon on the right glows so you'll know the unit is on and broadcasting.) there's no mute button and I didn't buy the paid version of the app to test it. If you already have other webcam software I'm sure it has a mute button though . The unit is very light and the USB cord is long (I didn't measure it but longer than two feet - description says 6.) keep the box (or put in a hard side container) for transport because if you put this thing in a laptop bag by itself it'll be broken by the time you reach your destination .

Pretty good webcam! I bought it for my boyfriend and he uses it all the time for facetimes from his computer. It's almost fish eyed, very wide capture, the quality could be better but for the price it works for what we use it for!
