I am disappointed this did not work for me. It is great quality and I am sure it will work for others. But, it is large and awakward. It would be better for someone who has a large office space. I also have a web camera that is unadjustable, people can still see my office but with me sitting in a chair with a big round screen behind me. I am also disappointed that there is not way to return this item without paying $20 for ups to ship it. All in all it is a good product but I have definetly lost my money and have something that is unusable to me.

The backdrop doesn't fit my needs and I requested a return. The seller's instructions say to contact them if the return shipping is over $30. I went to UPS, USPS, and FedEx and they all quoted over $30. Seller's has been difficult to contact and I just want to return the item without spending as much as I paid for it!! As for the item, overpriced for not being sturdy and for not being opaque.

I will preface this by saying that like most things, the difficulties I encountered may be due to human error on my part. The product seemed to be a good fix, as I do webinars and it easily affixed to my chair and served its purpose by providing a consistent, unobtrusive background. I followed the video on folding and storing the product in the travel bag but on the third time I could not get it to fold correctly despite still watching and following the video while I was doing so. Now it just does not come anywhere close to collapsing so that I can store it. I can still use it at home but will not be able to use it elsewhere.

Expensive for what it is. The Webaround is large enough to provide a nice blank background. I don’t like that it remains wrinkled from being in the packaging. The wrinkles are noticeable on camera.

This product works great as a background, no complaints there! However, it is not that easy to fold up again for quick storage, despite the youtube videos showing it being done with ease. Fortunately, I have the space to just store open, and since I'm using it a lot, it doesn't matter.

I was disappointed in this product. It did come wrinkled but I wasn’t too worried about that. I set it up and it seemed to be fine. Then when I went to fold it/collapse it to put it away, it broke. The ring around the outside is extremely hard to fold back up into the smaller circle, when I finally got it to almost where it was going to be I heard a snap. Total waste of my money!

I have to say that although the item did not arrive on the day promised my interaction with the vendor was simply magnificent. The item arrived 3 days later due to the postal office Covid-19 outbreak. I contacted the vendor and they were not only super professional they took the time to explain what the problem was. This is a small family-owned business working and keeping their employees during the pandemic. They understand the need of the market for their products and they are committed to serve their market. The item is simply perfect. The size covers exactly the radius my Laptop Camera captures. It is perfectly done, top quality materials and finishes. Do not hesitate buying this product. You will not be disappointed. I have a small home office and I talk to 10+ clients daily using zoom. This is the perfect background! GET IT!

Definitely not worth the money. I could put on my bedroom wall to use instead of painting the wall. That's about how big it is. If you are buying this to use with something like teams, don't bother. That application actually allows you to change your background like you are anyplace else and you don't need a backdrop. I'm sure all the other applications also have that option. This was a waste of money. AND you can't return it without paying about 12.00 for that. This backdrop group is not a buyer friendly company.
