The backdrop doesn't fit my needs and I requested a return. The seller's instructions say to contact them if the return shipping is over $30. I went to UPS, USPS, and FedEx and they all quoted over $30. Seller's has been difficult to contact and I just want to return the item without spending as much as I paid for it!! As for the item, overpriced for not being sturdy and for not being opaque.

I was unable to fold it even after watching the video and trying 40+ minutes. What a waste of time! I have a 56" round version and it is just does not fold the way it is shown on the video. The written instructions are a joke. The functionality of this screen for the purpose of providing a background is OK, although you need to position the camera very very close. Otherwise, the screen won't cover the field of view and its edges and what's behind will be visible. On the plus side, the new design which includes a "stabilizer" which allows for tilting the screen slightly forward to compensate the back tilt of the chair, which I found helpful. Yet, biggest appeal for me was its promised portability and ease to deploy and fold back into a compact form. However, given the extreme difficulty to fold it (most people won't be able to do this at all, IMHO), the screen is not very useful and way overpriced. I regret the purchase.

I am disappointed this did not work for me. It is great quality and I am sure it will work for others. But, it is large and awakward. It would be better for someone who has a large office space. I also have a web camera that is unadjustable, people can still see my office but with me sitting in a chair with a big round screen behind me. I am also disappointed that there is not way to return this item without paying $20 for ups to ship it. All in all it is a good product but I have definetly lost my money and have something that is unusable to me.

I love the idea of this product and since I’m not needing to move it too often it does the job. It’s basically impossible to close or revert back to its folded shape. I’ve watch the video multiple times with attempts but can’t get it to fold properly (the spring in the product repeatedly pushes it open). Videos make it appear easy to close but it’s not.

I have to say that although the item did not arrive on the day promised my interaction with the vendor was simply magnificent. The item arrived 3 days later due to the postal office Covid-19 outbreak. I contacted the vendor and they were not only super professional they took the time to explain what the problem was. This is a small family-owned business working and keeping their employees during the pandemic. They understand the need of the market for their products and they are committed to serve their market. The item is simply perfect. The size covers exactly the radius my Laptop Camera captures. It is perfectly done, top quality materials and finishes. Do not hesitate buying this product. The first time I use this have no problem, opened it up attached it to my chair and was able to fold it really easily. The next time I tried to fold it using the same method per the directions (like a taco and then bringing the wrists in) and it would not fold up. it kept kinking in the wrong place and couldn't get it to form like a taco before it kinked wrong way. After a half an hour of trying I got so frustrated I ended up having to cut the material out of it so I could bend it up and throw it out. Such a waste of money.
