I could not be happier with the customer support and attention to detail. I will buy from them again. We set it up on our kitchen when assembled for the first time. See pic. Note this does not come with its own power source/ lithium battery. I did not know it was needed or even didn't come with it. But my issue was quickly resolved. Came with instructions, good value, and a nice sturdy piece of equipment. Comes with it's own case which is nice, you do need to attach the wheels, so glad my husband was around to assemble, he sets this up for our company and it seems like it will be a hit! Very heavy!

The photo booth it self is great. Support goes out of its way to help you with your needs. The software is easy to learn. Every event i have done has taken me 15 minutes and a wall outlet to set up. I would give 5 stats but the flight case wheels are really bad. In the midst of leaving or arriving to an event the last thing you want to do is look unprofessional dragging your equipment. If your strong no worries you can carry it to your car. The 360 itself is really nice people love it. If you enjoy parties and being at events and making money you'll love what MWE has made.

Great video booth with ALL the accessories you need. The build quality is solid and it’s easy to setup. It’s made out of metal and it’s very heavy and probably won’t fit in the average sedan. The metal case makes easier to transport but add a couple of inches to its dimensions. the wheels are on the small side and may get stuck on uneven sidewalks.

The media could not be loaded. Item arrived in perfect condition and was easy to set up. We bought this for my daughter’s wedding and are so excited to see the final results. We’ve tested the product and loved how the videos turned out. It’s very practical because you can use a battery to operate it if there are no outlets or electricity.
