I've been pondering purchasing a 360º photo booth, but it wasn't until I rented one and had a terrible experience that I realized I needed to pull the trigger! I researched and read many reviews and eventually landed on the MWE version. I chose the 39.4" version because the size of the road case fit perfectly in the back of my truck. I own an event agency, so I was both looking for something to use personally as well as provide to my clients at their corporate events. Here are a few of my thoughts: - The road case is LARGE, but of course, because it has to fit a 39.4" platform. It has four caster wheels, which make it easy to roll around, but it's a little tipsy because the case is so thin. But once you've got it up and balanced, it rolls nicely and should be easily transported. - The setup instructions aren't exceptionally detailed or precise, but they're pretty intuitive if you have any experience setting up electronics. They provided YouTube links, which helped. All in all, it took about an hour to unbox, set up & test. Absolutely everything is included, including every adaptor you can imagine. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no accessories I needed to find in my garage's "bin of extra parts." Anything and everything you'll ever need is included. - The software is excellent, and I'm glad I used theirs. It's called ChackTok and is integrated directly with the motor. If you're going to go that route, I'd download the app and play with it ahead of time. Create a fake event and practice without the rotating arm. Once your photo booth is up and running, you'll be familiar with the software and can get going immediately. - The customer service has been excellent. They provide several ways to communicate with each other, including real-time via WhatsApp. I chose to email them, and they returned my email within hours. After my event, I set up the photo booth, which took 10 minutes. I did it alone (although I'd recommend having someone help you). The platform and road case are heavy, so ensure you're prepared. Ultimately, I'd give this a 10/10, probably more if possible. I've been on several 360º photo booths at industry events, and they've all felt cheap and unprofessional. This one is anything but that. It's solid, and the software does exactly what you ask of it. I've yet to explore the full breadth of its capabilities, but out of the box, I got it up and running in about 90 minutes. If you're looking for a 360º photo booth that's easy to set up, has solid construction, and works with a robust software package. I'm delighted with this purchase and would 10/10 recommend to friends and industry partners.

We have been eyeing one of these for a while now since it came on the scene. Of course being such a huge investment one tends to re-evaluate the need to spend this much but after seeing how this machine brings so much fun to groups of people we decided maybe we will invest and try this out. There are different size options which dictates the price. We went with the 2/3 people size which actually fit about 5 of my wife’s friends ha. Assembly took 30/40 mins. Not hard at all. Love that they have their videos on YouTube to allow you to follow along. You need a power bank which I had to run the selfie light but it came with everything else. The product shows that it’s high quality. I don’t feel like constant use of the Platform will cause any issues. Seems super sturdy. With purchase you get a custom logo which I haven’t requested yet and also you get vip time on their ChackTok app. The app functions great. You can create overlays - transparent png and music of your choice mps. The app allows web access to upload the music and on your phone you can upload the png’s. It’s super easy and the results are amazing fun memories. she def got flocked up with her friends. She had so many ask her where she got this. They loved it so much they wanted one! If you are looking for a 360 booth comparable to all those out there this hits all the marks. Ease of setup, customer support and video access for setup help, custom logo… pick this one. You truly won’t be disappointed.

It was actually better!!! The videos on assembly were really helpful and it was really really easy. The thing is HEAVY, so you will need some help to carry and move it around. The heaviness is awesome though bc it’s really well built. The hardest part is assembly is going through more than a dozen bags of accessories they provide which is incredible bc normally I open something like this and expect to have to order extra phone holders or pieces, but with this one it came with phone, camera, iPad, GoPro, and even a few others I don’t know what you would connect. No need to order anything extra. They send extra feet and an extra wheel for the case, who does that??? It took me probably 30 minutes to unbag and set everything up and it worked right away. I was really surprised at how simply it all went together. My only gripe is that you have to remove the 8 feet in order to get it in the pelican case, but honestly I don’t think I’ll use the case as it also comes in a great storage bag that doesn’t require me to remove the feet. As long as I’m not shipping it I can put it in the bag (which also eliminates the weight of the case which is really heavy duty) and then I can have the booth up and running in less than five minutes. I was reluctant to pull the trigger on this but I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the product and the support you get when reaching out about batteries and custom logos!
