    • Way to heavy for one disabled lady to handle.
The chair is great and finally gave me some freedom from my house, but it is so much heavier than they stated. I still need help because I can not lift the chair into my van. I wanted it for my own personal freedom, yet I still have to find help before I can use it. It doesn’t come with brushless motors I enjoy the remote control feature. It encourages me to try my movements independent of the chair with the security that I can summon the chair to come to my side at a touch of the remote control

I did not receive a user's manual or a charger. Is this a single use product? If so, it is too expensive.

I am too weak to pick up, but could use short ramp to push it up into my trunk by Hand. Very easy to push. Quick response... Could use some brakes?

    • Pretty great for the price
This chair is extremely comfortable and supportive. It's very user friendly. It is light enough I can easily lift it in and out of the car myself. I am still somewhat ambulatory but I can't walk far or stand for more than a few minutes, especially on concrete. My two complaints about the chair: it is cold where I live and the battery seems to really struggle in the cold. I can still walk the dogs, but it is definitely slower by the end of the walk. There is a sort of a glitch when it comes to moving forward and turning or moving forward on an angle. It is as though the battery can either power forward, or turns, but not both. This can really make things tricky on slanted sidewalks, but I am learning to work with it. I just wanted to updated this after I've owned it for 18 months. This chair is still making a huge difference in my life and the life of my family. We went to the zoo this past weekend and I hadn't charged the chair in a long time. It still made it through the whole Detroit Zoo, all the way to the back and then returned with ease. The fact that my family can just spontaneously go places again without wondering if mom can make it, is, well it's life changing. ... show more
